The Tot is a US-based baby and mama content and e-commerce site that carefully curates the best products for busy moms and moms-to-be. The online platform intends to improve the lives of tots, mamas and mamas-to-be by providing a one-stop-shop for unbiased information and advice coupled with healthy, safe and innovative products that have been curated and tested by moms. The Tot's founders Nasiba Adilova and Miroslava Duma decided to launch the site after struggling to find a central resource where each product featured had been thoroughly tested for health, safety, innovation and style. Duma and Adilova combined their deep expertise in digital media and fashion with their own experiences as mothers to launch The Tot - the only destination that today's mama needs. Where possible, all products featured on The Tot are free from pesticides, toxic chemicals, dyes, or anything that may be harmful to you or your baby. Style is important to us and we try and choose materials that are as natural and organic as possible. The Tot gathers expert contributors such as journalists, doctors, and nutritionists to write about everything from fertility to sleeping, feeding, nutrition, style, gear and wellbeing. It aims to inform, educate and amuse its audience.
