The Truss Company has committed to purchasing the most up-to-date technology in its manufacturing equipment. We utilize the Mitek Sapphire Suite for job management, truss layouts, engineered drawings, and production scheduling. This system allows for a complete truss placement and load analysis while generating cutting and jigging instructions for MiTek's Cyber Components saws. This saw contains an innovative computer program, allowing us to download cutting information directly from engineering for fast robotic set-up. It also provides automated jigging and laser projected images for our Planx and Wizard Tables. All this means greater accuracy, quality control, and efficiencies allowing the company to meet our customer demands and deadlines. Job site delivery is provided by one of The Truss Company's various trucks, we have several types to better suite the needs of different job sites.
