After having over 100 years of collective consulting experience, the founders of ThinkWise were tired of watching organizations struggle with implementing their ideas and not getting the results that they worked so hard to achieve. We knew that there was a better way, a simpler way to help organizations. Our goal became to abandon the very consulting model that had defined our past and to create solutions and methods that could help organizations think smarter, better, in effect Think more Wisely about how they could maximize the interface between their business and people strategies. What emerged was ThinkWise. A company with a goal of collapsing advanced and expert knowledge around organizational effectiveness into simple, user-friendly solutions that can be made available to everyone regardless of organization size, location or type. Many of our clients have described us as being similar to a "magician who reveals their trick." We believe good knowledge, resources, tools and methods should be available to everyone to help their organizations grow and flourish.
