In April 2012, Visceral partnered with the Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning to plan, design and built a new website for the Coalition's national Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI). Visceral engaged in a robust Information Architecture phase to streamline the Coalition's messages, build out new content features for GHHI and create a robust experience to provide info for those audiences whose homes pose dire health risks to their families. Features of the site include an online risk-assessment and an interactive module to detail common home health hazards. Visceral built the website in a Drupal Content Management System with responsive CSS to empower audiences to access the site across mobile and portable devices. GHHI is a national non-profit organization focused on implementing a cost-effective and integrated approach to housing interventions by combining federal and philanthropic investments in weatherization, energy efficiency, health and safety.
