Thistle set out to create a bespoke set of training sessions tailored to fit the client firm's needs. To begin, we undertook an audit of the policies and procedures they currently had in place within their HR team and identified where the weaknesses lie within the firm. Based on these weaknesses we created and delivered the specially tailored training sessions to the client firm's HR team and we also amended their current policies and procedures to ensure their firm was provided with maximum protection.
