Thomas Interior Systems (TIS) was founded in 1977 by Thomas Klobucher. His prior 14 years of experience in the field was brought to bear in order to establish a full-service office planning and furnishings firm. TIS has furnished over two million square feet, installed over six hundred million dollars of product, and completed over thirty thousand projects. We are a proven industry leader in providing innovative and tailored office interior solutions. TIS has been a leading Herman Miller dealer since its inception and continues to lead the way. In the course of continually striving to provide quality products and services to meet customer needs, TIS developed the Total Office Resource Alliance (TOR) in 1999. TOR serves to combine the Best in Class from a variety of industries to offer customers a one stop shop experience. In 1997 the demand of a growing business led TIS to build their own facility - a 20,000 sq ft showroom and office space and 60,000sq ft warehouse in the suburbs. Having grown up in the industry, Paul Klobucher became President in 2007. He brings a passionate desire to provide the best service to the TIS clients and continue the TIS history of excellence. To more conveniently serve our Chicagoland customers, a 6000 sq ft office and showroom opened in December of 2013 in the heart of the city's business district.
