Thread Wallets was started in 2014 by Colby Bauer in hopes of bringing life to an industry saturated with boring and bulky wallets. Located in Provo, Utah, Thread Wallets created the first cardholder of its kind -- a slim wallet with lots of personality. At Thread Wallets, we believe that self expression shouldn't be limited to shirts, shoes, hats and jewelry. If you use your wallet everyday, you should be excited to pull it out of your pocket. With its functional design, slim profile, and unique patterns, the Thread Wallet is the only wallet you'll ever need. Thread Wallets is currently owned by co-founders Colby and McKenzie Bauer. Colby and McKenzie were married in the summer of 2014 and shortly after, moved to Hawaii where they tested the market for the first version of the Thread Wallet. In 2015 (after moving back to Utah) the couple began working on the Thread Wallet 2.0 and further developing the brand. Thread Wallets is determined to create wallet products that will simplify the lives of the user and encourage them to live an active, carefree and adventurous life.
