Rogers Lumber Company is a full service building materials supplier serving the professional builders, contractors, remodelers and homeowners with the highest quality products joined with superior service. Since the beginning, our primary focus has been to provide professional builders, contractors, remodelers and homeowners. Our products consist of lumber, plywood, doors, windows, columns, decking, kitchen & bath cabinetry, counter tops, millwork and hardware. Services include engineered floor system design, kitchen and bath design and material take-offs. In 1993, T.H. Lumber Company adopted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan that enables participating employees to become part owners of the Company. Employees share in the growth and prosperity of the Company as well as accumulating capital for their retirement needs. The ESOP currently owns 41.6% of the Company. e are proud of T.H.
