About THSC: Since 1986, THSC has been serving and informing parents and the home school community in Texas. THSC members and supporters are informed families who believe in their right to direct the care, control, and upbringing of their children, believing that parents determine what is in the best interest of their children. THSC is the recognized authority advocating for and defending home schooling and parental rights in Texas. The mission of the THSC Watchmen is to establish a presence and a level of rapport for home schoolers with the Texas Legislature that enables THSC to protect families in Texas for years to come. The THSC Watchmen continue guarding the walls to protect the rights of fit parents to direct the care, control, and upbringing of their child, and to Keep Texas Families Free.
