About Tunis International Bank (TIB) : Tunis International Bank was constituted in 1982 and was the first bank established in Tunisia under the non-resident banking regulations. It is a private commercial bank with main shareholder Burgan Bank, Kuwait, which is the Commercial Banking Arm of the Kuwait Projects Company (Holding) ("KIPCO").
