TickPC Technology Ltd is currently offering for Partners 2.5% commission on all sales generated (excluding VAT), excluding costs for shipping, handling, service charges, credit card processing fees, returns and bad debt sand 2% for Affiliates. This means for Partners that for every 10 individuals following a link from your site and ordering computer equipment to the value of £10,000, you will earn a commission of £250. For Affiliates this would be £200. The commission is paid quarterly. TickPC will track all visitors from your site and a commission will be paid quarterly on all revenues generated. We will submit a quarterly statement detailing the commission and pay you referral fees (including VAT, if any, on presentation of a valid VAT invoice) on a quarterly basis. Approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, we will send you payment for the referral fees earned on Qualifying Products that were dispatched during that quarter. However, if the fees payable to you for any calendar quarter are less than £25.00, we will hold those fees until the total amount due is at least £25.00 or (if earlier) until this Agreement is terminated. If the customer returns a Product that generated a referral fee, we will deduct the corresponding fee from your next quarterly payment.
