Tiger Trailers

Tiger manufactures both chassis and body together as one process. The manufacturing follows a seven-stage process and starts with the automated I beam machine, where chassis I beams are fabricated to form the main structure of the unique Tiger chassis design, which allows customers the choice of either painted or hot-dipped galvanised finish. The process continues from chassis assembly, electric and braking installation, to body assembly, final finish and pre-delivery inspection. Integrated within the factory are all of Tiger's systems and personnel. Sales, engineering, IT, HR, accounts, in addition to visitors meeting rooms, ensure a permanent 'touch' is kept with the factory shop floor.
