At an operational level, the Procurement group has a team of more than 60 people, comprising buyers, expeditors, logistics officers and materials controllers who are working seamlessly with highly communicative management team to support all our ongoing projects. The procurement team maintains vendor and materials data, manage bidding process, creates purchase orders for goods and services, expedites progress and ensure quality control through regular inspections. Finally, the team manages the inbound freight, warehousing and inventory management processes through optimised logistics processes. Where necessary, we also have strong relationships with third party agencies who we can engage to enhance our service on a case by case basis.
