We look at our Staff Suggestion Scheme as a living initiative and as such, we are continuously striving to create new opportunities and incentives to make it more attractive. It is only through a combined effort between employees and management that we can ensure that the results obtained to date are maintained and improved. We continuously encourage employees to submit their proposals although we keep stressing the importance of quality suggestions rather than quantity.
