TJAVR Consulting Ltd was incorporated in Gibraltar in early 2016 to offer JV Audit Consulting Services world-wide. The company is owned and managed by Tor A Rorvik, a Senior JV Auditor with 20+ years of experience from the Oil and Gas Industry. Gibraltar was chosen due to its proximity to Europe and EU, as well as the fact, that it is regulated by the Gibraltar Companies Ordinance law, which is based on the British Companies Act of 1929. In May 2016, TJAVR Consulting Ltd. incorporated JV AUDIT AS in Norway to focus on the local JV Audit Market on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) JV Audit AS is registered with EPIM JQS, the joint qualification system used by all of the operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). In 2019, we launched AUDITCOMPASS (Beta Stage), which will provide solutions to manage and perform your Joint Venture Audits in the Oil and Gas industry.
