Now we can look back on more than 25 years of company history . We were able to successfully position ourselves in the market and our extensive reference list alone shows what we were able to achieve. Our highly qualified employees are jointly responsible for this development. Our team now includes over 100 engineers, technicians, software developers and social scientists who contribute their expertise and experience to our day-to-day work. They work in a working environment that offers room for personal development and various perspectives for further development. Our team is complemented by students from various disciplines, who gain insights into our field of activity in internships and scientifically accompany technical developments or processes in their final theses and provide new impulses. Chemnitzer Curiestraße 19 is our headquarters. In 2007, our employees, who were previously spread across three locations, moved into their new office building. The bundling of resources under one roof guarantees an even closer cooperation of our team. Since 2018, the building has been extended by an extension for further offices and communication areas. Another milestone in the company's history was the change in our management in 2008. Dr. Wolf Unger, founder and long­year innovative head of Tele-Kabel-Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, has been enjoying his well-deserved retirement ever since. His successor is Dr. Matthias Pohler , who successfully manages TKI with an awareness of its history and an experienced eye for the challenges of the future. In 2001, TKI's desire for its own software solution for the planning, documentation and management of telecommunications networks grew as a result of various project requirements. Based on AutoCAD Map 3D, the TKI tool NET was developed until 2009. With extensions based on customer wishes and market requirements, the software solution has been developed further and further and now comprises five tools that cover the entire network life cycle.
