Townsend Management, Inc. (TMI) is a full service, program, project and construction management firm. TMI was founded in 2000 to provide project planning, engineering and management solutions to private and public owners. Our diverse staff includes engineers, contractors, estimators, and scheduling experts. TMI's staff members are experienced working on every conceivable type of building and infrastructure project. 80% of our revenue is generated from repeat clients. It is our goal to establish and build long term, mutually beneficial relationships. Headquartered in San Francisco, TMI has project offices through out the Bay Area and the Central Valley. TMI holds certifications as a DBE with the CUCP, VTA, San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and Human Rights Commission.
