During the past 12 months our gender pay gap has increased slightly, however we believe that this is in part due to last years figures being calculated and submitted very close to the deadline and therefore unfortunately reducing the impact that any action plans could have on the current year due to the snapshot date. TOG24 is committed to inclusivity within our workforce and ensuring that our recruitment, development and working practices are fair, consistent and available to all sexes. Following organisational change in 2018 we have implemented a clearer organisation structure, salary and bonus grading. We have also seen an increase in females in senior positions as our flexible working requests have increased. In addition, we will remain committed to inclusive policies and working practices with a view to further reduce the gap and ensure that it remains below the national average.
