Toky
TOKY developed a comprehensive new brand identity for the List. Inspired by the I.M. Pei-designed building as well as Kenneth Noland's epic-scale public art that sits inside, the logo we created is a typographic puzzle that displays both the museum name and the university's acronym. The first application of the new logo and brand standards can be seen on the bold exterior signage that we created to highlight the List's exhibitions. TOKY also designed the List-branded signage for the 91 public artworks found around MIT's campus. These placards offer both text and links to audio descriptions of each work. Our digital team is currently in the process of redesigning the List's website, which will include the new brand look and feel, highlight current, upcoming and past exhibitions, showcase the List's innovative programming, and feature an interactive map of MIT's public art collection.
