Founded in 1986, Toland House Properties Limited has become one of Northern Ireland's leading residential property developers. We were the first developer to successfully bring forward a concept plan for the West Belfast region; followed by further concept plans for Glenavy, Muckamore and Dunadry. We played a pivotal role in introducing the Quality Initiative and Sustainability concepts to Northern Ireland by providing quality housing and introducing a new living environment to accompany it. Today, we continue to lead by example by working with international sporting organisations and local authorities in order to deliver superior recreational facilities for our customers.
