Tom Cat Bakery, established in 1987, is the premier supplier of freshly-baked artisan bread products to more than 900 customers located primarily in the New York City Metro area. Tom Cat is nationally recognized as one of the founders of the artisan bread business in the United States. The company's customer list includes white table cloth restaurants in Manhattan, upscale hotels, specialty food retailers, sandwich chains, caterers and other food service companies. Tom Cat has also built a national reputation as a frozen artisan bread supplier to national food service customers including Darden and Starbucks. The company has recently increased its capacity for frozen bread and is planning to increase sales to existing customers, and add new customers. Our fully baked frozen artisan breads are made with exactly the same process and ingredients as all of our fresh breads.
