Topos Books
Topos Books, a division of Eisenberg Media Group, Inc., was founded in 2003 by EMG President Joel Eisenberg. The mission of Topos Books is to entertain, provoke and educate, through cutting-edge content of select specialty publications unique to contemporary publishing. In 2004, Topos Books became the exclusive publisher of The Gold Standard, an annual interview series dedicated to inspirational entrepreneurs who have made a substantial cultural impact. Topos Books also publishes a second interview line, The Chronicles of Aunt Bessie and Friends. Each volume of the Bessie series includes original interviews with celebrities and other icons past and present, as they are presented with a specific question from one of our readers. For example, the first volume, subtitled "How To Survive a Day Job While Pursuing the Creative Life", showcases the subjects' true-life success stories in brief autobiographical chapters. The Villa Chapuis Endangered Classics line will reprint oft-overlooked works of strong historical influence. Imperial Press will feature the finest of provocative fiction, while Topos' Book Swap is set as a virtual trading post for both older and newer books and collections. Topos Books is your company; we intend to be the most reader-friendly line in the market. If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to drop Joel a line directly at [email protected].
