Torus is one of the region's largest Housing Providers, with 1,500 staff, managing around 40,000 homes and serving 75,000 customers. We invest more in our homes and communities, improve our services to better meet the changing needs of our tenants and make a bigger, more significant contribution to the regeneration of our key heartlands of Liverpool, Warrington and St Helens and further afield across the North West. 100% of the profits generated by group members Torus Developments and commercial contractor HMS are reinvested into our charitable arm Torus Foundation, to fund projects that build social capital, and fulfil our vision of 'growing stronger communities'. We believe that everyone should be able to live in a home they can afford and are committed to developing over 5,300 new homes over the next five years.
