At ToTal Property Services, we are committed to being a sustainable and environmentally friendly company, as well as assisting our customers to meet their own sustainability goals. We go to great lengths to recycle packaging wherever possible. ToTal supports minimizing the chemical impact on the environment by ensuring dilution control and the appropriate selection of effective products. We source paper products made from sustainable virgin pulp, as in our view, the processes and chemicals used in the recycling of paper are more harmful to the environment. We have teamed up with some of our larger customers by offering additional recycling services where various recyclable products are separated at source, collected and delivered to specialist recycling facilities. We also engage in waste auditing and analysis for those of our customers who are interested. We report back on the data from the audit which in turn allows them to manage initiatives and policies to improve their environmental performance.
