Town Health International Medical Group Limited (the "Company") together with its subsidiaries (collectively the "Group") is one of the largest healthcare networks in Hong Kong. The Company's shares migrated from the GEM board and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 3886) in 2008. The Group's core businesses include 1) the provision of medical, dental and healthcare related services to the community of Hong Kong and 2) investments and asset management. Surrounding these two main concepts, the Group has extended operations to health care, medical diagnosis, health check, pharmaceutical businesses and corporate advisory and consultation, etc. After many years of hard work, the Group has developed into one of Hong Kong's largest healthcare services providers with about 90 medical clinics in various districts and has expanded the services of general and specialist outpatient clinics providing quality services to the general public and corporate clients. At the same time, the Group continues to seek opportunities in the mainland China and has formed an alliance with Ping An of China Insurance Group to provide management and consultation in areas of outpatient polyclinics, health check centres and integrated health care services in the Pearl River Delta Zone. In order to successfully hedge the Group's business risks and bring better return to the shareholders, the Group has diversified its services to include investments and asset management. The Group continues to hire various professionals with different expertise including banking, legal, accounting, investment analysis, etc. allowing the Group to seize investment opportunities in stocks, properties and related businesses thereby yielding high investment returns.
