Toyota France

Toyota is a major brand in the worldwide automotive industry. A global company, its organization takes a local approach to produce as closely to the markets in which its vehicles are marketed. Present in France since 1967, the group, who designs, produces and distributes within France, employs 9,000 people, including 4,300 people across its network of 300 Toyota and Lexus distribution sites. Opened in 2001 and located in Valenciennes-Onnaing, the production site Toyota Motor Manufacturing France is exclusively dedicated to creation of the Yaris, which was the most produced model in France in 2017. In this same year, Toyota France sold more than 111,000 vehicles from both brands and of which nearly 70% were equipped with hybrid technology.
