Founded in Wales, Track Training Limited operate across Wales and England from their head offices in Bridgend. We have a team of work-based learning professionals who are quality approved trainers and assessors and experts in their field. We specialize in Lean and Business Improvement Techniques linked to a range of disciplines, including team leading and management. We are a quality assured provider for the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing (NSA-M) - now part of manufacturing sector skills council SEMTA. We work very closely with employers to deliver real and measurable impact to businesses across their business areas. We also continue to offer an increasing range of employability skills, employment and business support services on supported by WAG, the SFA (LSC) and SEMTA Wales over the past 6 years and currently partner with six leading (Grade One) colleges for work-based training delivery and assessment. We also manage a range of Skills for Growth training contracts directly with South Wales businesses monitored by WAG. We are specialist providers of Apprenticeship programmes in Business Improvement Techniques and Improving Operational Performance with an average success rate of 88%. As a specialist training and assessment company offering nationally accredited programmes (City & Guilds, ILM, Edexcel, EAL) our experienced team have a pedigree in promoting, developing and delivering effective work-based learning - meeting the audit requirements of NVQs and Apprenticeships in both Wales and England. Our staff also have experience of ESF, KEF and WAG training project management and managing apprenticeships/qualifications under the Welsh 'Sector Priority Funds' in partnership with English Colleges. We have NVQ and Apprenticeship partnership contracts with Llandrillo College, Bridgwater College, Worcester College, Swindon and Eastleigh College. Through extensive marketing and sales activity across England and Wales we source employers interested in training and provide the training interface between employer and the college. This is an exclusive model that we have developed in Wales which allows these providers in England (and Wales) to successfully achieve and exceed their Prime Provider employer engagement contracts with the government. As part of Skills for Growth in Wales (2010-11) we have worked with Panasonic, The Royal Mint, Halo Foods and Kautex Textron. In addition we are developing our expertise with the relevant awarding bodies in order to offer Green Apprenticeships and Energy Awareness programmes for Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE) in the near future.
