HEART is a group of like minded individuals comprised of dog trainers, pet professionals and dog enthusiasts aligning to create an awareness of the importance and benefits of positive reinforcement dog training. HEART's goals are: Picture *Educate pet professionals and the general public about positive training methods and why they are the best option. *Provide continuing education to its members and the community. *Provide networking and support within the alliance. *Be a referral source for veterinarians, groomers and other canine professionals. *Be a presence in the Kansas City pet community.
