Tramontana MA was organized in Sevastopol with an aim to bring a new stream to the crew management and manning services. Certified by Ukrainian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies in 2010, the Company now owns the licence of the Russian Federation that allows us to employ Russian citizens abroad. The Company is focused on providing of marine crew for offshore oil and gas sector as well as for merchant fleet in compliance with the MLC standard of contracts. Starting from providing crew for the 4 vessels of the one single client in 2010, Tramontana MA developed the strong partnership with reputable shipping companies all over the world and presently is providing manning services for more than 15 shipping companies continuing its growth. Seafarers database includes more than 37.000 professionals, licensed and certified according to STCW, SOLAS and other International Conventions requirements with good experience of work per ISM Code and good level of English. Great attention Tramontana pays to the questions related to Quality Management and implementation of the International Standard ISO 9001 and MLC 2006 in its activity.
