Japan Transcity Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the logistics business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Total Logistics segment is engaged in the provision of warehouse, harbor transportation, land transportation and international transportation services, among others. The Others segment, through its subsidiaries and associated companies, is involved in the leasing of real estate properties, the maintenance of automobiles, the operation of golf courses, the leasing of vehicle transportation equipment and the planning, development, maintenance and operational management of information systems, as well as the construction business, the non-life insurance business, the restaurant and school meal business, and others.
