Transcend Training Center is one of the most advanced training institutions in Sudan. Founded by a team of experienced professionals in training and human development who have vast experience in many training institutions inside and outside Sudan. This wealth of knowledge from all over the world has enabled TTC to develop highly advanced training coursesaimed at developing staff within organizations to improve key skills for their roles. TTC was officially founded in 2014 and registered under The Commercial Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice in Sudan No.90895, member at Union Chamber of Commerce No.20306 and training licence No.052 from the Ministry of Human Development & Labour. TTC has a Scientific Council that includes experts and consultants invarious fields who contribute in the design and delivery of bespoke training solutions to fit our clients' needs. TTC adopted the concept of addressing negative behaviors which impact development in organizations by offering revolutionary training practices that seek to enhance employee attitudes and skills. TTC believes in the role of behavior and values to upgrade the level of competence and performance of the participants, along with the skills and knowledge gained from the training process to achieve goals of the institution and supporting community development. TTC are pleased to provide development programs targeted in remote villages, rural and conflict areas in Sudan by cooperation with local and international NGOs. TTC is well equipped to offeroverseas training as it boasts of up-to-date knowledge, international experience and awareness of cultural business practices. This allows the participants to get acquainted with different perspectives that enrich their skills and innovation via dialogue and diversity. TTC has documented partnerships with international academies and universities in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the US. TTC has mutual cooperation with academies and similar centers in Sudan to provide joint venture training programs compatible with overall social, economic and cultural policies of the state. TTC is keen to consult with organizations on the levels of the participants and their roles to help our trainers to design the most suitable package according to the training needs. TTC has a wide network of certified Sudanese and foreign instructors in highly specialized areas. TTC also offer a service aimed at training internal Hr and Training departments on how to better train their staff in the public and private sectors.
