Transitions Pro

Transitions Pro Île-de-France is a regional inter-professional joint body. It was created in 1983 under the name Fongecif Île-de-France. It welcomes workers from the Ile-de-France region, supports them in the financing of their professional retraining project within the framework of the Professional Transition Project in particular. In 2018, Fongecif Île-de-France committed 283.8 million euros for the training of employees in the Ile-de-France region. Its 160 employees have supported more than 300,000 people and delivered nearly 80,000 professional development advice. More than 16,000 professional projects have been financed in this way.
