Prior to starting The Resource Collaborative in 2011, our Founder and CEO, Ellen Shepard, spent over 30 years as a Chief Information Officer successfully building, managing and leading stellar technology teams. Ellen is known for finding the best talent, creating a cohesive team culture, and retaining team members through professional development. Her consistent staff voluntary turnover rate has tracked at near 0%, regardless of the economic conditions. Too often, at industry events and in IT blogs, Ellen has listened to the consistent banter among CIOs and technology managers I cannot find the staff I need to complete my annual goals/projects.
