Twin Rivers Council

Twin Rivers Council provides the leadership development programs of the Boy Scouts of America to nearly 8,000 youth and 4,000 registered adult volunteers in thirteen counties in northeastern New York including Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington counties.
