We have had a number of success stories developing qualified individual contributors, as well as leaders driving performance and customer relations. As T-Rex grows, these opportunities will expand and we fully expect more success stories. Streetwise Partners is a non-profit organization focused on assisting low income individuals to overcome barriers to employment and attain financial self-sufficiency. We have developed a relationship with Streetwise Partners where T-Rex executives and leadership staff participate regularly in training sessions and outreach events, and we have used Streetwise as a recruiting resource, regularly reviewing candidate resumes and hiring individuals. We have also developed relationships with located community colleges and technical institutes, such as ITT Technical Institute and the University of District of Columbia, where we have engaged with the outplacement programs and within the schools to provide career oriented discussions about Information Technology Careers with federal government contractors. Our senior staff is very involved in the DC's Central Mission, The University of Maryland Terrapin Club and The Fisher House, all with a focus on developing relationships with the community at large and with specific focus on HUBZone and Veteran communities and organizations, with the objective of creating good jobs where they are needed the most.
