Since 1995, Tri-County Roofing & Sheet Metal has provided the highest quality roofing construction, repairs and products in the Baltimore / DC area. The company was founded by Michael Drayer, who has been in the roofing industry since 1983. He began his career running the Washington, DC Metropolitan division for a national roofing company based out of Norfolk, VA. During his tenure there, he concentrated primarily on government projects, including the Kennedy Center, the Arlington House in the Arlington cemetery, National Air Port (now Reagan National) and NIC 1 & NIC 2 (Naval Intelligence Command Centers). He also worked on numerous military bases such as Quantico, Ft. Detrick, Ft. Myer, Aberdeen Proving grounds, Norfolk Navel Base and the Annapolis Research Center. Among his clients are the GSA, NSA, FAA, Corp of Engineers, and many more.
