Our goal at Tributary Sales is to help our publishing clients transform sales opportunities into revenue streams. By implementing strategic telesales programs, Tributary Sales helps clients direct targeted sales campaigns at opportunities which may otherwise go “uncovered� in a selling season. Tributary Sales was launched in 2002 to help publishers fill the gaps in their sales coverage. Over the last decade, we've continually developed and refined the programs and processes which enable us to deliver consistent results for our clients. Our strengths include talented employees, our knowledge of the telesales process and the systems which support productivity. And we know the customers, the courses and the academic markets our clients serve with their publishing programs. The company was formed in January, 2002 by Bob McLaughlin, who had previously spent 17 years in the college textbook industry as a successful senior level sales manager. During his career, Bob launched and developed several highly successful Inside Sales operations. Those experiences convinced him that there was an industry need for a company who could provide professional, just-in-time telesales programs. Clients quickly embraced the idea and the company has grown steadily into a trusted, profitable, go to sales resource for many of the top education publishers.
