Tridecs Corporation was founded in 1969 to meet the bay area's increasing need for high quality prototype and production machined parts. Beginning with a small cache of conventional machine tools and a wealth of time tested experience, Tridecs Corporation has grown in size, capacity and technology to become one of the area's leading manufacturers. We are focused on producing the highest level of quality in the most complex components requested by our customers. Tridecs Corporation's production systems meet and exceed the manufacturing needs of the most demanding customers. Using state of the art CNC machining technology, each part is meticulously manufactured by some of the finest craftsmen in the industry then detailed following the guidelines of Tridecs Corporation's demanding cosmetic standards. Product quality is carefully monitored with "First Article", "In Process" and "Final Inspection" points through the manufacturing process. By implementing a robust quality system we insure that any issues are caught early and have minimal impact to production schedules. Our production jobs are carefully monitored using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology to constantly monitor the quality of every part produced. Tridecs Corporation's Quality Assurance Department was established in compliance to MIL-I-45208-A. We currently perform FAI to AS9102 when required and operate in compliance to ISO 9001:2008. In addition, we are also licensed Solid Works users for the convenience of those customers who prefer to send solid models over drawings. In many instances, our expertise in manufacturing and design capabilities has provided cost savings with our involvement in product development.
