Trident Property Maintenance

Trident specializes in power washing, roof cleaning, and concrete floor coatings. We use truck and trailer- mounted, hot water cleaning systems with pressures that vary from very low p.s.i. for materials such as cedar to 5000 p.s.i for concrete and steel. Our hot water systems can range from cold water to 240 degrees which removes grease, oil, or gum without the use of caustic chemicals. We also specialize in the removal of old concrete coatings, and the application of new coatings such as epoxy polyurethane water base. We use industrial grade coatings from Sherwin Williams.
