The first and the oldest company - Trimpex Union ltd was founded in 1990 as the first private shipping agency in Varna. Since its establishment and in the course of its business, we have served more than 5000 ships. Later, the company expanded its range of business, adding ship management, sea freight and brokerage services. From 1993 to 1998 Trimpex Union ltd merged with navbul and established (later with the participation of other partners) varna-novorossiysk first regular ro-ro container and passenger line. Since 2000, the company manages other vessels, mainly of the general cargo type. In 2008, the overall gross tonnage of the ships serviced by the company reached more than 34000 grt. Two years later (1992), with the establishment of Navigation Shipping and Trading Ltd, the consortium expanded and diversified the type of the services provided on the regional transport market. The core business of the company is forwarding cargos by sea/river, railway/road transport on the domestic and international markets. Union Group Ltd is a 100% shareholder of the company. In 2005, we established Sigda Ltd to complement the shipping services provided. truck fleet and construction equipment owned by the company enable it to offer carriage of bulk cargo, heavy parcels, etc. from-to sea/river ports. The company also performs stevedore and tallymen operations. It is engaged in securing /lashing and unlashing/ cargo, container stuffing/stripping services and provides any type of logistic solutions; the company has been engaged in demolition of several factories in Bulgaria and it is technically capable of building industrial enterprises. Company assets include own storage areas and warehouses under customs supervision, located near Varna west port as well as heavy duty loading machinery used in loading/unloading operations. Union Group Ltd is a 100% shareholder of the company. In 2012, to improve the quality of ship management and sea shipment, Trimpex Management ltd was founded, dealing exclusively with chartering, sea freight and freight market monitoring. The company employs highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in the industry, who have proved their abilities and working skills since 1993. N-Supply Ltd was founded and focused on food and technical supply of ships managed by the company and other vessels entering bulgarian sea and river ports.
