Trinity Homes (UK) Ltd was established in 2003 and specialises in small developments of two to three-bedroom houses and apartments. Our portfolio spans towns, villages and several rural exception sites, throughout Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Alongside our own developments, we are a proven contract developer for other housebuilders and RSLs (Registered Social Landlords) and offer an experienced, flexible approach. Key to this is the Trinity Homes’ team which comprises skilled and knowledgeable directors, staff and consultants along with a proven network of subcontractors and suppliers with whom we enjoy established and highly successful working relationships. Trinity Homes (UK) Ltd is a member of the Considerate Constructors’ Scheme and employs a dedicated, specialist consultant to oversee Health & Safety across each of our developments. Each Trinity Homes (UK) Ltd property also comes with a ten year warranty. As a preference, we choose LABC.
