Triwell Properties Inc. was established in March 1991 by James G. Wellbaum. Triwell operates as an asset manager, property manager, developer and as a broker/partner in the development, operation and sale of investment real estate. Triwell Properties Inc. is the successor to Welarc, Inc. which was formed in 1983 by Mr. Wellbaum and a partner. Triwell Properties Inc. has its offices at 4857 W. 147th Street, in Hawthorne, California and presently employs 24 people. The company currently manages over 30 projects, most of which are commercial.
