Trommelo was founded by a team of former athletes that wondered why recruiting wasn't more like sports combines or tryouts, where participants compete head-to-head. Thus, the idea for Trommelo was born. Our mission at Trommelo is to cause a paradigm shift in recruiting. We want to move employers away from an inherently biased process that leaves top talent undiscovered. All candidates should have an equal chance of getting discovered and employers should have an easy way of accessing them while not wasting time.
