TR Residential Care Facilities

T/R Residential Care Facilities, Inc. has provided residential services since 1984. T/R Residential currently serves individuals in state-licensed homes, waiver homes and those living independently in the community. Our continued goal is to work through the Individual Service Plan (ISP) to provide quality care in a family-type environment. We strive to be responsive to the ever-changing needs of the individuals we serve and ensure services are person-centered. Our experience involves working with individuals having a wide range of developmental disabilities including autism, mental health issues, medically fragile individuals, physical disabilities including visual and hearing impairments and those with ambulation difficulties.
