Tru-Check provides services that satisfy the expectations of our utility partners through the achievements of excellence in quality assurance. We have a proven track record of implementing our quality auditing program to insure the best quality of service available. These steps include: Quality Monitoring Employee Training Delivery of Services Continual Improvement Accountability for Services Provided Experienced project management is imported and utilized to train all new employees on the standards that have set Tru-Check apart from other utility contractors. In addition 100% quality audits are performed on all new employees and digital photographs are taken at each endpoint. Once an employee has been trained, a continual quality audit process is implemented. Utility references are available upon request.
