We have a long history of improving existing ideas and products removing significant steps, materials, and costs out of the production process. Founded in 1949 and originally focused on metal stamping, Tru-Form has grown through our customer relationships and acquisitions to provide many related services and products offering a single source solution for products ranging from components to completely assembled products. When our services are combined with many of our strategic relationships, we can serve as an outsource provider of completed products. Where we don’t have internal capabilities, we have partnered with key suppliers to add plating, finishing, plastic fabrication, and other capabilities to greatly expand our service and product capabilities. Our success and longevity is a direct result of our maniacal focus on organization, Statistic Process Control (SPC), inventory control, and taking every idea from its inception through the best possible end-result. We minimize the costs associated with developing the tooling, running the product, maximizing the workflow process, assembling, and shipping the final product often resulting in dramatic reductions in costs and ultimately a lower overall cost to our customer. Our objective is to take even complex parts identifying and removing unnecessary steps and complexities allowing them to be produced quicker and more cost effectively while allowing better control of tolerances and ultimately reducing rejects. Today Tru-Form is in the top 20% of company’s nationwide offering metal fabrication and related products.
