TruCraft utilizes the latest technology for all roof design projects. Our estimating department can provide our clients with specifications and design drawings. Roof plans are drawn to scale showing all rooftop penetrations and roof drainage locations. If the redesign requires tapered insulation to alleviate ponding/standing water issues, our professional estimators will submit additional drawings to the owners. Detail drawings will be submitted upon agreement with our clients on what specific high quality roofing system manufacturer's product to be applied, including insulation, fastening systems, roofing material, termination/edge materials, etc. Once TruCraft has been awarded a roofing project, contract documents are submitted specifically for that particular roof area(s). Variables are called out, i.e. roof deck replacement, additional drainage requirements, and exterior/interior temporary protection during roof construction. This approach protects not only the owner's best interest, but TruCraft as the preferred roofing contractor.
