Every technician is equipped with an e-Tablet that enables us to respond quickly to a vehicle stopped by a tyre issue - sometimes in less than 45 minutes. Jobs are routed to the nearest technician, such that they receive information on the job, the location and the fastest route to get there. Our technician will communicate an expected 'return to service time'; enabling you to take any appropriate action to keep your customers informed.
