The Truffleist was born when Jimmy Kunz made his flagship truffle butter for family and friends as holiday gifts. The Truffleist is all about high quality, locally made truffle products based out of LIC, Queens. Everything Is handcrafted with attention to detail. One of my main principles is to source the base ingredient locally from other small producers. Supporting companies based in NY state keeps our footprint low and our quality high.
