TeraSolar Energy Materials Corporation (tsemc) was established in June 2011 as a joint venture of Fair Friend Group (FFG) and a team of professionals in photovoltaic technology. he FFG is the largest CNC machine tools company in the Greater China region with more than NTD 55 billion(USD 1.8 billion) group consolidated revenue in FY2011. TSEMC is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of conductive pastes (e.g., aluminum and silver), and laser process equipment, used for solar cells.
